How do I return a product?


 Returns are accepted only within 2 days.
 The product cannot be returned after the specified period has expired.

 The product must be unopened, and all accessories, stickers, QR codes/cards, and packaging must be intact.

 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is damaged or does not match the order.

  You must send us photos or videos of the product and its packaging, along with your order number.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1–2 business days, while delivery to cities and regions throughout Georgia takes 2–4 business days. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
